Course Description:

In this short course, Anse Marah Dahman will shed light on the underestimated yet profound place of supplication in Islam. In a world grappling with unprecedented challenges, Muslims are not immune to difficulties. This course aims to empower students with the powerful tool of du'a, which Prophet Muhammad (s) referred to as the pinnacle of worship. As he said, "There is nothing more honored by Allah than du'a," and "Du'a is the core of worship."

Throughout this course, students will delve into the significance of dhikr gatherings, explaining the ways in which du'a is a vital component. They will also be introduced to the importance, conditions, and etiquette of du'a, understanding its virtues and how to effectively practice it. They will explore the various categories of people whose supplications are answered, learning to invoke Allah's beautiful names for added resonance. Drawing from the rich tradition of prophetic du'a, as well as those narrated by companions and revered scholars, students will gain insight into timeless supplications for everyday life encounters.

The course will also cover the enduring connection between du'a and destiny, exploring the relationship between our prayers and divine decree. Through comprehensive exploration and practical application, students will emerge equipped to face life's trials with spiritual fortitude and grace. Join us on this transformative journey as we unlock the true power of du'a in navigating life's challenges.
